Introduction
ZANA intends to strengthen TB Contact Investigation to fill the gap, in identifying TB cases in the Communities, by working with the existing structures like TB program, Districts, healthcare workers and Community Health Volunteers in the project area. JSI Research & Training Institute, Made agreement with Zanzibar Nurses Association (ZANA) and awards the sum of U.S. Dollars $180,850 for 15 month to implement the project
Project area
The project will be conducted in Urban West Region Unguja with Three Districts having total population of 893,169 and South Region Pemba with Two Districts having total population of total population of 271,350
Objectives
To strengthen TB contact investigation in two regions of Zanzibar (Urban West Region Unguja and South Region Pemba
