Frequently Asked Questions

A person who is a registered nurse under the Act, may be eligible to be a member of the Association.

A person shall cease to be a member of the Association
(a) if he resigns, or
(b) if he is dismissed or terminated in accordance with the provisions of ZANA Constitution, or
(c) if he is cancelled from the register of the registered nurse and midwives in accordance with the provision of the Act, or
(d) if he fails to fulfill the membership conditions.

Apart from being registred nurse,a person shall be admitted into, or remain in the for membership Association if
(a) He pays a prescribed fee.
(b) He is of a good character
(c) He respects the nursing profession and
(d) He adheres to the nursing ethic and nurse’ code of conduct.

Print the application form and fill out required information
Pay out non-refundable application fee of 10,000 TZS using account number shown in application form
Attach required documents
Submit application form with all attachement at ZANA office
